New features for MusterPoint in 2014
A very happy new year from all of us at MusterPoint and thank you for your continued support. We’ve had some great feedback and ideas, and another new client with many more currently taking a demo.
Your feedback is invaluable and we do all we an to implement as much as possible. We’re really pleased to announce our new features for January. In addition to below, we’ve been working on some server improvements and tidying up some bugs. It may not be obvious, but it all go towards making MusterPoint more efficient.
Possibly one of the most requested features, you can now set users into training mode and approve all of their posts. You can edit and delete them too. An excellent way to instil confidence in users new to social media and provide reassurance to those who are unsure about multiple users having access to your social media accounts.

You can now add a store of images for your users to choose from when posting messages. This means you can approve all the images before they are uploaded and keep an eye on what is being posted. It’s very easy to use – see how.
Importing users in bulk
We have a number of clients with over 100 users. It can be time-consuming to add a large number of users at any one time, so we’ve added a handy bulk import feature. Find out more.
Other handy features
We’ve added a few more features including enhanced team reports so you can see every message a user has posted. You can now post links to news stories and email them to people, even if they don’t use MusterPoint. We’ve also added a column to show all the retweets you’ve received and who retweeted them.
